One of our hosting providers reported connectivity issues which may affect data center 3 and 5. We are awaiting further updates whilst investigating. Service is still available, however high latency and packet loss issues have been observed.
Our hosting facility was undergoing maintenance work which caused brief increased latency and packet drops. Connectivity appears to have been fully restored shortly after posting the previous status-update. We will keep monitoring and update further if we discover any more issues.
Our monitoring system reported intermittent connectivity issues to data center 4. This is being investigated currently and we are keeping a closer eye on it, and take further action if necessary.
The emergency maintenance task has been completed successfully. All data centers are now up and running again. Data center 4 was unavailable for 23 minute and 56 seconds.
One of our servers has experienced issues requiring an emergency upgrade. We are expecting the server to be back online within the next 30 minutes. We apologize for the inconvenience to some of our customers and are working hard to resolve this as soon as possible. Users on other servers are not affected by this.
One of our data center providers appeared to have suffered a major loss of connectivity / service. We were in the process of migrating the Testuff trial service to another data center when the service came back online. We're currently investigating an issue on one of our data centers. This is only affecting our trial users currently. Paying customers should be unaffected. We'll keep you posted.
On Monday, 3rd January we have experienced two service outages. The first for 12 minutes and the second for 14.5. The affected data center is one of 4 data centers used by Testuff. Our engineers are working now to find the cause for it, and fix it.
We were hoping the problems are over, but we were experiencing more connectivity issues for the last 40 minutes or so.
