- Planned maintenance work which may cause degraded performance or availability. We will let you know as soon as the work is scheduled and will update as soon as the work is finished.
- As soon as we notice a service affecting issue, if it affects several users or customers.
At Testuff, we work hard to keep the service up and running and constantly available around the clock, 24x7x365. However, there are some unforeseen circumstances, some of which are beyond our control. We will always try to keep you informed about any unexpected issue on the status page. We’ll do our best to tell you what went wrong, what we are doing to resolve it, and as much as possible – an expected resolution timeframe.
Please bear in mind however, that some issues take time to investigate, and we may not necessarily know immediately. It would not be responsible to announce something we’re not sure about. Also, when our teams are working hard to solve a problem, we don’t want to nag them constantly asking them for a report. It distracts them from doing their jobs to the best of their ability. Therefore, status updates may be slightly delayed from time to time.
We will still do our utmost to keep you posted as soon as possible.
We will also carry on doing our very best to learn from each incident, and in turn improve our service and evolve. We will try to keep all our users and customers informed about such efforts, but some level of detail we cannot go into and share publicly, for the protection of ours and our customer data confidentiality, integrity and availability.
We strongly recommend our users and customers to subscribe to this feed via RSS or Atom to get notified instantly of any issues or updates.
This page is running on a different server from our data centers running the core service, to ensure our users can get information about the service regardless of its availability status.
