Service StatusOn Saturday May 4 2013, at 09:00UTC we will be performing upgrade work on all data centers (Doubling RAM and more). The expected downtime of each data center is about 1 hour.
On Saturday April 6 2013, at 09:00UTC we will be performing upgrade work on all data centers. The expected downtime of each data center is 10 minutes.
As part of our ongoing work to improve your experience with Testuff, we will be moving accounts from this server to a new server. Testuff will be unavailable for approximately 2 hours.
On Saturday, 1st December 2012, at 09:00am UTC we will be performing a DRP on the trial users data center (Data Center 2). This is done as part of our continuous work to be ready for any possible event and improve our processes.
The trial service might be unavailable for up to 1 hour. However, we are expecting downtime to be substantially less. Paid customers will not be affected.
The hosted data center managers had informed us they are going to be doing work on their servers, replacing drives.
There will be 30-60 minutes loss of connectivity.
Note that the timing is set by the data center and we do not have the ability to change that.

On Saturday June 23rd 2012, at 09:00am UTC we will be performing maintenance work on all data centers. The work time window is up to 2 hours. However, we are expecting actual downtime of each data center to be much less, few minutes only, during these 2 hours.
Updates will be posted during and after the work is completed.

On Saturday June 2nd 2012, at 09:00am UTC we will be performing maintenance work on all data centers. The service might be unavailable for up to 2 hours. However, we are expecting downtime to be less, and will work to minimize it of course.
Updates will be posted during and after the work is completed.
The hosted data center managers had informed us they are going to be doing work on their core network infrastructure.
During this maintenance window data center staff will be performing software upgrades and hardware maintenance on their network. This includes rebooting a router to complete a software upgrade.
There will be a momentary loss of connectivity (estimated 5-10 minutes) while reboot occurs.
Note that the timing is set by the data center and we do not have the ability to change that.
Maintenance will be performed by our hosting vendor on Friday, December 30th, between 12:00am and 1:00am EST. This maintenance will include a possible brief outage.
