Service StatusMaintenance will be performed by our hosting vendor on Friday, December 30th, between 12:00am and 1:00am EST. This maintenance will include a possible brief outage.
UPDATE: Our hosting provider informed us that those issues are now resolved.
We have been reported of some network issues affecting Data Center 3 and Data Center 5 in Europe. We are not observing any significant packet drops or errors currently, but European customers might experience slowness or lost connections. We are keeping a close eye over this and take action if necessary.
UPDATE: the migration has completed successfully. The measured downtime for our trial users was 3 minutes.
On Saturday 17th December 2011, at 10:30am UTC we will be migrating our trial users to a new data center. The trial service might be unavailable for up to 1 hour. However, we are expecting downtime to be substantially less. Paid customers will not be affected by this change.
