Connectivity restored to data center 4

Our hosting facility was undergoing maintenance work which caused brief increased latency and packet drops. Connectivity appears to have been fully restored shortly after posting the previous status-update. We will keep monitoring and update further if we discover any more issues.

Our monitoring system reported intermittent connectivity issues to data center 4. This is being investigated currently and we are keeping a closer eye on it, and take further action if necessary.
