One of our data center providers appeared to have suffered a major loss of connectivity / service. We were in the process of migrating the Testuff trial service to another data center when the service came back online. Our trial service is now fully functional again, after about 20 minutes of downtime. We keep monitoring the situation and we would also investigate further with our hosting provider to ensure they are doing the best they can to avoid similar issues in future.

We’re currently investigating an issue on one of our data centers. This is only affecting our trial users currently. Paying customers should be unaffected. We’ll keep you posted.

All maintenance tasks have been completed successfully. The Testuff service is up and running again. The service was unavailable for less than 1 minute.

On Thursday, January 6th between 02:00 and 02:30 UTC, we will be carrying out scheduled maintenance work on our servers. The maintenance is performed to make important database changes. We expect the Testuff service to become unavailable for about 10 minutes.

On Monday, 3rd January we have experienced two service outages. The first for 12 minutes and the second for 14.5. More details can be found in Data Center 1 status table.
The affected data center is one of 4 data centers used by Testuff. Our engineers are working now to find the cause for it, and fix it.
